Holiday Moods Adventures was founded on an autumn evening of 1997 when Arshdeep and Tejbir were driving through the British-era lanes in Delhi. The excitement of starting a new venture of discovering unexplored places was so extreme that they decided to suggest it to like-minded people as a holiday option. Hence the proposed name of Holiday Moods Adventures was consented immediately. Little did they know that their love for promoting adventure journeys and experiences would grow to international fame and recognition.
Co-Founded and led by Tejbir Singh Anand and Arshdeep Anand, the company reflects their vision, commitment, and integrity in promoting adventure, culture, and sustainable tourism for over three decades.
Tejbir Singh Anand is a veteran in the adventure travel industry and was conferred with the “Hall of Fame Award” by the Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI) and has been holding various industry appointments. He has been the Past President of the Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI), Founding Member, Treasurer & Vice Chairmen of FAITH – “Federation of Associations of Indian Travel & Hospitality”, Past Member of FICCI Tourism committee and Member of Tourism CEO Forum Government of India Tejbir is a respected thought leader in adventure and polar tourism, having represented India on several international forums.
Arshdeep Anand, with her expertise in branding and destination development, has played a pivotal role in steering the company into the DSS space. She holds various industry appointments such as the current Vice President of Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI), Former Chairperson of ATOAI’s Women’s Collective (AWC), EC member of the OTOAI Outbound Tour Operators Association of India and she has been awarded the “Women Achiever Award for Adventure Tourism” initiated jointly by Informa Markets & TAAI.
Together, they both bring to the table a combination of deep industry knowledge, passion for sustainability, and relentless dedication to training and empowering travel agents.
