Our trekking team is composed of dedicated and experienced professionals who ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable adventure for all participants. Each member has a specific role to play and contributes significantly to the success of the trek.
- Sr. Trip Leader
- Chief of the trek crew with basic English communication skills.
- Takes full responsibility for the successful execution of the trek.
- Briefs the group every evening about the next day’s schedule.
- Organizes campfires and traditional cultural programs where feasible.
- Chooses the most suitable camping sites during the trek.
- Cook
- Manages the kitchen and is responsible for the entire food operation.
- Purchases ingredients and prepares meals for the group.
- Supported by 2–3 assistants depending on the group size.
- Local Guides
- Assist the Sr. Trip Leader and ensure participant safety and comfort.
- Help with setting up tents and supporting trekkers across rivers, bridges, or steep paths.
- Porters / Pony Men
- Carry all trekking equipment and participant luggage.
- Handle their own meals and camping needs.
- Always work under the supervision of the guides.
We are highly committed to environmental sustainability. Our practices are designed to minimize our impact on nature and preserve the local environment and culture during every trek.
- Firewood is not used for cooking—eco-friendly fuel alternatives are employed.
- All non-biodegradable waste is collected and brought back for proper disposal at designated dumping grounds.
- Our staff is trained to respect and protect the cultural heritage of the regions we trek through.
For treks conducted in Restricted Areas, certain legal formalities must be completed in advance. Permits are mandatory and must be arranged well ahead of the travel date.
- A Xerox copy of the passport and visa is required for each participant.
- Government royalty fees (if applicable) must be submitted along with the documents.
- These documents must be provided at least 30 days in advance to process the permit
