Package Cancellation rules
The package price will be deducted as per the following conditions strictly. No refund will be entertained without receiving a cancellation request effective from the date of receipt of the letter.

| Medical emergencies: | No Refund
In case of a medical emergency where the client/s is/ are unable to continue their tour, the clients will need to claim their medical insurance policies and there would be no liability towards the organiser and it’s booking agents |

REFUND POLICY
Refunds that are verified by the office as per the company cancellation policy will be refunded back in 14 days time.
